SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Mimilux Romania. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms for all orders placed through our online store at mimilux.ro.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Since our jewelry is handcrafted and personalized to your specifications, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be prepared before it is handed over to the courier. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to all addresses within Romania using the following service:

- Sameday Courier – Home Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Sameday Courier – Easybox Locker: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 2–4 business days (processing + transit).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

- Orders of 500 RON or more: FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under 500 RON: 15 RON flat rate shipping fee

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the Sameday courier website or app.


5. DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver exclusively within Romania. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside Romania and are interested in our products, please contact us at support@mimilux.ro and we will do our best to assist you.


6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer the option to pay Cash on Delivery (Ramburs) for orders within Romania. The full order amount, including any applicable shipping fee, is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no one is available to receive it), a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping fees may apply.


8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours at:

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement if necessary.


9. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to change your shipping address or any order details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we may no longer be able to make modifications.
